Starter Sites are still pro after purchasing Neve Pro
If you have purchased Neve Pro and still can't import the premium templates, first check that your plan includes Premium Starter Sites and that your license key is active. If both are correct and the template still asks you to upgrade, refresh the license status and check the template again.

The license key needs to be active
Please check that you have activated the license key available in your Themeisle account.
If your Themeisle account shows an active subscription that includes Premium Starter Sites, but the template still asks you to upgrade, your website may still be using older license data.
To refresh the license status, follow How to refresh the Neve Pro license status after an upgrade or renewal.
After you complete the refresh steps, reload Neve > Starter Sites and check the template again.
You have purchased the Personal plan
If you purchased the Personal plan, the Premium Starter sites are not included in the subscription. You can upgrade to a higher one from your Themeisle account.
After upgrading your subscription, the license key needs to be reactivated as per this guide, to enable the new options.
