Full post content is greyed out after upgrading Feedzy

If you recently upgraded to the Developer or Agency plan but the [#item_full_content] tag is still unavailable or greyed out in the import wizard, Feedzy may still be using cached license data from before the upgrade.

Reactivating the license key forces the plugin to refresh the plan permissions tied to your account.

How to fix it

1. Confirm that both Feedzy RSS Feeds (free) and Feedzy RSS Feeds Pro are installed and active under Plugins in your WordPress dashboard.
2. Go to Feedzy > Dashboard > License.
3. Click Deactivate License.
4. Re-enter your license key and click Activate License.
5. Return to your import job and check whether [#item_full_content] is now available.

📝 Note: If the upgrade was very recent, there can be a short synchronization delay before the updated plan permissions appear. If the option is still unavailable after reactivating the license, wait a few minutes and try again.
