Basic Plan Details
The Basic plan includes all core WP Full Pay features, including:
- Subscription forms — Accept recurring payments and allow customers to subscribe to a billing plan. You can configure plan selectors, setup fees, trial periods, and installment-based subscriptions.
- One-time payment forms — Charge customers a single amount.
- Donation forms — Accept flexible or fixed donation amounts.
- Save card forms — Store a customer's card for future charges.
- Stripe Checkout and Payment Element — Use Stripe's hosted checkout page or embedded payment UI.
- Customer portal — Allow subscribers to manage their subscription from your site.
- Coupons — Apply discounts at checkout using Stripe coupons.
- Email notifications — Send automatic payment receipts and confirmations.
- Unlimited transactions — No transaction limits on any plan.
💡 Tip: If you want to add membership access control, that feature requires an add-on available on higher-tier plans. See Add-ons for details.
What Happens When Your License Expires
WP Full Pay is sold with annual licenses. Each license covers one year of plugin updates and support access.
Without a valid license key:
- The plugin continues to work on your site, but a 5% fee per transaction applies.
- The WP Full Members add-on will stop working.
To avoid these limitations, renew your license before it expires from your Themeisle account.
Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade your license at any time from Basic to Plus or Pro.
To upgrade:
- Log in to your Themeisle account — you will see a list of your active products and subscriptions.
- Click the Manage Subscription button next to your subscription details.
- You will be redirected to the Stripe portal, where you can select the desired plan. Click Update plan to confirm.
