“Download failed. Unauthorized” error message

What happened?
When trying to auto-update WP Full Pay you get the following error message:
“An error occurred while updating WP Full Pay: Download failed. Unauthorized”
Why is it happening?
WP Full Pay authorizes updates through the Themeisle licensing system, using your license key. If the license key is missing, invalid, or has not been activated on your site, the licensing server rejects the update and you see the "Download failed. Unauthorized" message.
How to solve?

- The license key you are using
