Fix: PPOM Pro feature is locked or shows a license renewal prompt
If a PPOM Pro feature is locked or you see a renewal prompt when editing an existing Pro field (for example, an accessory quantity field), go through this checklist. You need an active PPOM Pro license to edit existing Pro fields.
Before you troubleshoot a locked feature, make sure both the free PPOM plugin and PPOM Pro are installed and active on your site.
- Check whether your PPOM subscription and license are active in your Themeisle account dashboard, under My Products:
- If the subscription is expired, manually renew your plan or subscription.
- If no active PPOM subscription is listed, you need an active PPOM subscription before you can edit Pro fields. Then follow How to Install PPOM Free and Pro Version to install and activate both plugins with your active key.
- If you cannot find your PPOM purchase or cannot access the account that should contain it, see Cannot log in / How to access your account.
- If the subscription is active, continue with the checks below to confirm whether the locked feature is included in your current plan.
- Identify the exact input, setting, or addon that is still locked.
- Compare that feature against the tables in the PPOM Free vs Pro comparison:
- If the table says Yes, the feature is included in all Pro plans.
- If the table says Plus & VIP or VIP, the feature is not included in Essential.
- Check your active PPOM plan in your Themeisle account dashboard or in your store purchase details.
- If your current plan does not include that feature, upgrade from the PPOM pricing and upgrade page.
If the feature is marked as Yes in the Pro column and is still unavailable after checking the items above, review the PPOM Troubleshooting guide for additional steps.
