Stripe account name is not displayed on the checkout page
Description: When the plugin opens a checkout form, the Stripe account name is not displayed in the header.
What happened?
When a Stripe checkout form is opened, the Stripe account name is not displayed in the header:
Why is it happening?
Stripe is configured to display only a logo, not an icon plus the name of the Stripe account.
What is displayed in the checkout form header?
The following items influence what you see in the checkout form header:
- Stripe account name
- Logo uploaded to the Stripe account
- Icon uploaded to the Stripe account
- Options on the Branding page of the Stripe dashboard
Set the Stripe account name
You can set the Stripe account name in the “Account Information” section of the “Settings” page:

How to solve?
If you would like to display the Stripe account name and logo, then you have to uncheck the “Use logo instead of icon” checkbox at the bottom of the branding page:
