The Intergeo Google Maps WordPress plugin is a useful plugin for adding Google Maps to your website.  This simple WordPress map plugin allows users to create new custom maps by using powerful UI map builder.

How To Install

After you have purchased the plugin go to  Purchase History to download the Intergeo – Google Maps Plugin Lite. After downloading the plugin, navigate to Plugins > Add New > Upload, in your WordPress dashboard. Now, click the Choose File button, select the archive of your plugin from your local computer and press the Install Now button. In few seconds, WordPress will upload and extract the plugin archive for you. All you need to do next is to press the Activate link under the message for successful plugin installation.

After that, you need to install  Intergeo – Google Maps Plugin. which is the Pro-addon and gives you many features which enhance the functionality of the plugin.

Configure Intergeo – Google Maps Plugin

After the activation of Intergeo Maps plugin, you will find it in your WordPress dashboard by clicking Settings -> Intergeo Maps. Here you will need to add the Maps API key. Visit this link to know  How to create API key for Intergeo maps

Create Maps

After adding the API key now it is the time to create maps with the Intergeo plugin. To create your first custom map please navigate to Media -> Intergeo Maps -> Add new 

After that, you will see the map creator screen where you will find a button to add the address and many options to customize the map.

After adding the address you can customize the map by adding a marker, zoom range value, custom style and many more features. After all settings click the button of Create the map

After creating a map you will get a shortcode which you can add to any page or post to display that map. If you want to modify the settings of that map then you can edit the map and save the changes.

Copy the Intergeo map shortcode and paste it to a page or post where do you want to show this map.

And that’s all. Now your map will appear on that page.
