HubSpot Integration - Integrate Contact Form 7 to HubSpot
The HubSpot Integration feature from the Redirection for Contact Form 7 (available in the Enterprise plan) allows seamless integration with HubSpot using a private app.
HubSpot set up
- log in to Your HubSpot Account
- Click on the Settings icon in the top bar.
- In the left-hand menu, scroll down and select Integrations > Private Apps.
Click the Create a private app button.
- Enter your App Name and description (optional).
- Navigate to the Scopes tab.
Under CRM, add Read/Write permissions to relevant objects (Contacts, Deals, Forms, etc.).
- Click Create app to save the app.
Copy the generated API token displayed on the screen.

How to install it
- Download the Redirection For Contact Form 7 Extension - Hubspot Integration plugin from your purchase history.
- Install the plugin on your site.

- In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to CF7 Redirection > Dashboard > Licenses and activate the license. ( The license is also available in your purchase history ).
How to use it
- Edit the C7 contact form of your choice.
- Navigate to the Actions tab.
- Click on the Add Action button and choose the HubSpot Integration action.
- Paste the copied token in the API Key field.
- Click the Validate Connection button.
- Now you can select the Object To Update and Mapping fields as per your choice.
Your HubSpot account is now successfully integrated with Redirection for Contact Form 7. This will allow form submissions to be automatically sent to HubSpot CRM for seamless tracking.
