Theme doesn't work as expected - Troubleshooting guide

In case you are using one of our WordPress themes, and you wonder why something looks broken, there are a few steps you can try before contacting us.

Troubleshooting with Health Check plugin

Sometimes, things might go wrong due to a plugin conflict. It is important to find the problematic plugin, so it can be replaced with a similar one. Below are some steps that will help you to do that.

1. Install and activate Health Check plugin

There is also a guide available on How to install WordPress plugins.

2. Enable troubleshooting mode

3. Choose the theme to use during the troubleshooting

The theme can also be changed from the top admin bar while troubleshooting.

4. Enable the plugins one by one.

In a different tab, refresh the page where the issue occurs after enabling each plugin. When the page layout become broken again, the last activated plugin is the problematic one.

Now, troubleshooting mode can be turned off and the problematic one can be disabled.

Some of the plugins might not be compatible with Health Check troubleshooting mode. So those have to be manually disabled.
