VAT ID doesn’t work

We're glad that you choose our products. If you're a company and you have an issue with your VAT ID, please make sure that you have the following this added correctly:

1. Your company name: My Company SRL  --- please make sure that you don't have any space added before/after the name of the company. If you have "." between words, please use them. The company name should be identical to the one that you have registered. 

2. The VAT ID (TVA Number) --- it's important to add your country prefix and then the number. Both should be linked. For example:

DE - prefix of Germany and the number 12345678. We should add DE12345678 --- please make sure that you don't have any space added before/after the VAT ID
