How to request a refund

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time.

A few points to consider regarding the refund process:

Refunds may only be issued within 30 days since the purchase date.
Some refund requests might be denied if we consider the request to be fraudulent / unfair.
if you are facing a technical issue and don’t know how to get help, you can send more details about it here, so we can provide technical assistance.
In some cases we might kindly ask you to tell us what determined you to ask for a refund in the first place. Any and all feedback is highly valuable as it gives us the chance to improve both our products and our services.
We cannot cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
It might take up to 7-10 days for the amount to get transferred to your account, but you should be notified via email in the same day the refund has been processed from our side.
