We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time.

A few points to consider regarding the refund process:
- Refunds may only be issued within 30 days since the purchase date.
- Some refund requests might be denied if we consider the request to be fraudulent / unfair.
- if you are facing a technical issue and don’t know how to get help, you can send more details about it here, so we can provide technical assistance.
- In some cases we might kindly ask you to tell us what determined you to ask for a refund in the first place. Any and all feedback is highly valuable as it gives us the chance to improve both our products and our services.
- We cannot cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
- It might take up to 7-10 days for the amount to get transferred to your account, but you should be notified via email in the same day the refund has been processed from our side.
