How to reset the password of the ThemeIsle account

If you are having trouble with the ThemeIsle account password, this article will help you to reset it. There are two scenarios in this case:

• You have lost your password and cannot access your account
• You know your password, but want to reset it

Cannot access the account

After the purchase, you should receive an email with your login details (please check the SPAM inbox as well). If you have not received our email yet, probably you use a custom email address, and sometimes the connection between servers is not the best, you should try to reset your password, following these steps:

Navigate to the Store ThemeIsle page.

Click on the Lost Password? button.

Introduce your username or email and a new mail will be sent to your address.

Follow the instructions from the email to reset your account password.

Can access the account

Navigate to the Store ThemeIsle page.

After introducing your credentials, click on the Log In button.

Now that you have entered your account, click on the Edit Profile button.

Fill in the new password and details and that's it!
