Why Is My License Key Invalid?

There are two possible cases when a license key can be invalid.

1. Your subscription has expired - Most of our subscription comes with a yearly package. Your license key becomes invalid once your subscription has ended.

2. You’re using an old key - It might be possible that you’ve used a different email while trying to renew the license, you get a new license key, and the old one wasn’t renewed.

To get your new license key, you need to go to your recent purchase history. Check your inbox. You should receive an email with your login details (please check the Spam and Junk folders as well, aside from the Inbox). If no email comes through, please contact us, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
